No Return Policy :

At RK Crafts, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our products once they have been purchased. Please ensure that you carefully review your order, product details, and customization options (if applicable) before completing your purchase.

Damages and Defects If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at sales@rk-crafts.com within 24 hours of receiving your item. We will assess the issue and, if deemed necessary, provide a replacement or offer store credit. Please note, we will require photographs of the damaged or defective item.

Non-returnable Items As our products include personalized, custom, or limited edition designs, they cannot be returned or refunded. This includes custom-made orders, laser-engraved items, and personalized décor.

Shipping Issues RK Crafts is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping. Once the item has been handed to the carrier, it is out of our control.
